  Colors OK, but balloons were not

  I ordered these balloons half expecting that the colors would not be the ones advertised bearing in mind the past reviews. I did not really care about the colors so much. Funny enough, I received the balloons in the right pastel colors, only problem is that the yellow ones (kiwi lime) inside the bag were almost all melted together and unusable. So I had about 20 balloons less than what I should have received. Obviously the manufacturer has a very bad QA process. How difficult is it to manufacture and package balloons in the right colors and quality? At 10c per balloon, I would expect a bit more frankly. 1/5 C.   Not Happy with Colors!!

  The last I checked, BLACK, is not a pastel color. I purchased these 100 "pastel" balloons for the 100th day of school. I wanted my kids to come in and see 100 balloons around our classroom! However, I received 25 black balloons that I have no use for because I wanted to write a number 1-100 on each balloon, and I won't be able to do that with the black ones. Now, I have to go out and purchase 25 balloons...I will most likely purchase 25 "kiwi lime" balloons, since those were the ones that I didn't get. I didn't get any lucious lavender either.   Good balloons, but not pastel

  As other reviews have pointed out, these balloons are not pastel-colored. They aren't black, however, either. My pack had a good assortment of purple, blue, red, yellow, and green. Vibrant, rich colors. Not pastel.My only complain with these balloons is that the yellow balloons did not appear to be durable enough. Very often while blowing them up, the yellow balloons would develop at least one hole. I put tape over them or discarded the balloon.   Quality from Qualatex

  I am definitely a beginner at this balloon thing, but even a beginner can tell the difference between the Qualatex balloons and the cheap ones. You can just feel the difference even before they are blown up. Blow them up, twist, create. It's a lot more fun because they are much better. Get the big balloon blower upper (Balloon Inflator - Double Action Air Pump),too.It makes it easier and quicker.   You get what you pay for

  Good balloons

  Bought these for a birthday party. Blew them up with an air compressor. As long as we did not over-inflate them they held up well. A few were flawed out of the package but not more than 2 or 3. They started popping when the sun hit them but it was a really hot day and they lasted better than I had actually expected. A few that we kept in the house are still inflated and fine -- it's been two weeks. I did notice that they are not super shiny -- almost like they have some kind of powder on them to keep them from sticking or something.   Quality balloons

  Before I bought these I got a bag of balloons at my local grocery store. Most of those ballons leaked and the ones that didn't lasted just an hour or so before they shrank or popped. Utterly wasted money.These balloons however are obvious quality. Most lasted about two days. And even the ones I threw in the pool lasted for many hours in chlorinated water in the hot sun being pounded and played with by many people.   Didn't last

  These balloons were very cute and my kids loved them. However they were on the ground within 12 hours of filling with helium. We had other balloons filled at the same time and its been 3 days and they are still on the ceiling.   Save my breath and my cheeks!

  My youngest son loves balloons. I mean, loves them. He'd have me blow up balloons all day long if I could. But after a few tough balloons, the insides of my cheeks feel like I've pulled muscles not to mention all the straining leaves me breathless and with a headache.So, I bought a little cheap balloon pump with cheap balloons. Broke during the first use of the first balloon.. and both the pump and the balloons went into the trash.I immediately turned to Amazon and found this balloon pump. It's inexpensive. It pumps air into the balloon on both the pull and the push (not all pumps do this).. So you don't lose air while you are pumping.The only down side was my anxiousness to use the pump to inflate balloons.. I'd inflate too fast and pop balloons. Now, if I go too fast, my son holds his ears and heads to the other room "just in case".My husband was blowing up a balloon a couple weeks ago the old fashioned way. The balloon popped... 5/5 Judy L.   It does what it is suppose to do

  Bl;owing up balloons went alot easier and faster thanks to this. I gave it a four because it was hard to grip the end in order to keep the balloon mouth on it. (does that make sense). Overall the children loved it, but it was hard for them to do because they had to slide the balloon mouth up for a better grip. After a while the space between my tumb and index fingers began to hurt.   I won't be inflating another balloon with my lungs again

  There's not much to say about a balloon pump. It's definitely the way to go. Not only is it much easier, for the long balloons used for twisting balloon figures, this is the only way to go. Double action means that you can blow them up faster.The construction does seem pretty flimsy though, and the edges kind of rough, especially the nozzle. I smoothed it using a small file to prevent it from puncturing a balloon.So far it's been holding up just fine.   Kids love these things.

  I went to a carnival where a clown was making balloon animals. The kids LOVED them. I figured that I would try doing it myself. The dogs and giraffes are pretty easy, but the other ones (flowers, mice, penguins, etc) take lots of practice. About one out of every twenty popped while forming animals. Could have been my fault but some other balloons from the same bag took quite a punishment without fail. Some of the colors are hard to figure out until they are blown up because they all look black; black, blue, purple, green. After a while you can tell which is which, but only in good light. The price is right for these name brand balloons. One bit of advice for the newbies; buy a balloon pump like the "Balloon Inflator - Double Action Air Pump".   Just what I needed for my kid's birthday party

  These are quality balloons, which make a big difference. I bought these and a double action pump, and with the help of several YouTube videos (just search for "balloon animals"), I easily learned how to make everything I needed to make my daughter's three year old birthday party a hit. Not only can you entertain the kids, but they serve as large and festive decorations for the party. It's a very cheap way to throw a fun party. It's also a new and fun skill I can use for years to come. I only recommend making things the day before a party unless you are as fast as an expert. They can pop frequently when you're starting out, though this is because of the user and not the product. You can learn from a book, but good videos show you step by step. I recommend YouTube videos from the following experts: flowerclown, balloonanimals, yourballoonman. I got a double action pump with rocket balloons, because it was even cheaper than just getting a pump.They are not disproportionately... 5/5 E.   rocket balloon refill

  We have found that these balloons are not as durable as the ones we had purchased about 2 yrs. ago. It seems that they are a bit thinner and therefore pop much more easily than the original. These balloons also do not soar as high or dart about as much as the original.
